What you will do

• Act as the primary owner of the enterprise ESP (Braze), managing data flows and CDP integrations.
• Execute end-to-end Ad Operations, including pixel configuration, server-side tracking, and event passback.
• Oversee the operational lifecycle of campaigns, from UTM tracking guidelines to data ingestion design.
• Implement monitoring and validation frameworks to ensure flawless technical execution and deliverability.
• Translate complex marketing strategies into technical requirements and scalable infrastructure.
• Champion data governance and compliance with regulatory frameworks like CAN-SPAM.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of experience governing enterprise ESPs and CDPs.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Ad Operations, including pixel and tracking configurations.
• Strong, fluent SQL skills for querying and modeling complex datasets.
• Ability to translate marketing strategy into technical architecture.
• Working knowledge of email deliverability best practices and IP/domain health management.

Nice to have

• Experience with Braze Liquid logic, Connected Content, and complex journey orchestration.
• Background in highly regulated fields like financial services.
• Familiarity with modern data stacks including Snowflake, dbt, Looker, or Segment.
