Location: Hybrid (< 50% remote)

Salary: €68,000–€74,000 gross per year (full-time)

What you will do

• Develop and integrate IMS maturity into one target system (not multiple systems).
• Support regional teams with gap analysis and required process changes.
• Analyze global IMS frameworks and initiate/report local implementations and roadmaps.
• Ensure local legal and regulatory compliance is considered in IMS activities.
• Chair or support IMS steering committees/forums and align IMS work with business leaders and functional heads.
• Define and track IMS KPIs and maturity metrics; support internal audit programs.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality-based role; degree or master’s in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical), Quality Management, or Business Administration/Operations Management.
• APQP knowledge is a must, including experienced use of q-methods.
• Strong knowledge of ISO management system standards.
• Experience converting audit outputs into improvement initiatives, including change management.
• Experience working across multiple countries or regions and exposure to manufacturing, energy, or industrial environments.
• Familiarity with digital tools supporting IMS (e.g., SAP, SharePoint workflows, audit platforms) and strong stakeholder communication/influencing skills.
