What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and publish service documentation including bulletins, installation guides, and troubleshooting manuals.
• Interpret engineering data, drawings, and diagrams for non-technical and technical audiences.
• Create line drawings, diagrams, and reference photos to enhance product understanding.
• Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI) and development team meetings.
• Communicate product changes and documentation revisions to internal teams and customers.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Manitowoc, WI
• Technical degree with 3+ years of experience or 5+ years of technical documentation experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, FrameMaker, CAD/3D programs, and CMS tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering documents, drawings, and bills of material.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
