What you will do

• Collaborate with engineers and architects to produce high-quality technical documentation and artifacts.
• Manage the full lifecycle of documents, including review, editing, approval, and storage.
• Develop and maintain training materials tailored to various technical and non-technical audiences.
• Define and implement documentation standards and content management processes across the enterprise.
• Maintain documentation for production and lab network infrastructure.
• Participate in the development of enterprise architecture repositories and information architecture.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, or a relevant field.
• Minimum of four years of experience as a technical writer or content analyst.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment and respond to business emergencies as needed.

Nice to have

• Background in IT, networking, or telecommunications.
• Experience with SharePoint, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience with business and system modeling tools like Visio or Sparx Enterprise Architect.
