What you will do

• Contribute to the roadmap for foundational capabilities of next-generation AI agents from concept to launch.
• Partner with customers to identify opportunities where AI can reshape workflows and enable automation.
• Build tools that allow contractors to control how AI agents handle calls, bookings, and follow-ups.
• Translate promising ideas into detailed product specifications and collaborate with engineering and design for implementation.
• Own prioritization and execution for specific product areas in coordination with founders.

Requirements

• High agency with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity and own outcomes end-to-end.
• Strong business judgment to prioritize features based on P&L impact rather than volume of requests.
• AI-first mindset with experience building agents or AI-powered workflows.
• Must be excited to work in-office five days a week in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Former founder or a PM who has operated with high ownership and autonomy.
• Experience working at a high-growth B2B startup (Series A to C).
• Experience in home services or field service management.
