What you will do

• Lead the active device team in developing product strategies for surgical and interventional therapy fields.
• Manage daily R&D project progress and ensure delivery according to established project plans.
• Oversee budget planning and cost management to align project delivery and personnel costs with budgets.
• Build and develop team capabilities and optimize the new product development process.
• Lead and coordinate Center of Excellence (CoE) projects to ensure high-quality collaborative work.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 20+ years of experience in medical device development.
• At least 5 years of team management experience.
• Proven experience leading full product development cycles from initiation to launch for Class II or III devices.
• English: Good spoken and written proficiency required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Suzhou, China.
