What you will do

• Consult fitness and wellbeing customers on marketing, sales, and customer journey strategies.
• Develop materials and strategies to drive customer satisfaction and month-over-month retention.
• Collaborate on scaling the product offering by implementing automated marketing delivery.
• Execute timely launch and implementation of services following Standard Operating Procedures.
• Proactively address client needs to improve the reliability and repeatability of services.

Requirements

• Experience in studio marketing, operations, or the fitness industry.
• Proven track record in implementation and delivery of service deliverables using software platforms.
• Must be based in the US with full working rights.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
• Expertise in current digital marketing trends and tactics.
