What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the new Employer vertical.
• Translate deep employer and broker domain knowledge into concrete product plans.
• Drive early-stage concepts through iteration and execution to achieve initial revenue.
• Turn complex pricing and contract data assets into user-centric products.
• Coordinate across Engineering, Design, GTM, and Solutions teams.
• Build direct relationships with employer benefits teams and advisors to inform the roadmap.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of product management experience with end-to-end ownership.
• 5+ years building for the direct-to-employer or broker market.
• Deep understanding of self-insurance, plan design, steerage, and TPA dynamics.
• Proven track record of shipping high-complexity 0→1 solutions in a startup environment.
• Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders internally and externally.

Nice to have

• Experience building care navigation or direct contracting solutions.
• Proficiency with claims and eligibility data.
