What you will do

• Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for Cal AI, aligning squad-level work to company objectives and customer outcomes.
• Champion a culture of continuous discovery using qualitative and quantitative methods to ensure effective building.
• Drive alignment across product, engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market functions.
• Set the standard for communicating strategy, goals, and priorities to squads and senior leadership.
• Maintain accountability for the performance and scalable growth of the Cal AI business.
• Contribute to the evolution of hirify.global’s overall product operating model.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 10+ years in product leadership with success leading high-velocity teams.
• Proven track record of scaling early-stage products after achieving product-market fit.
• Experience leading consumer-facing native iOS and Android app development.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-informed iteration.
• Operator's mindset with a strong bias to action and ability to prioritize ruthlessly.
