What you will do

• Monitor construction progress and quality through regular site visits.
• Ensure site readiness and verify all required preconditions ahead of key construction activities.
• Oversee and track execution of civil works in line with design documents and specifications.
• Identify risks early, escalate deviations, and support implementation of mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and lead technical meetings.
• Track project milestones, ensure HSE compliance, and provide structured documentation.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification with strong site experience.
• Proven experience in concrete structures or infrastructure projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize tasks effectively.
• German language skills (minimum B2 level).
• Good English skills, both written and spoken.
• Valid German driving license and high willingness to travel.
