Process Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Design and evaluate new production facilities, including technical specifications.
• Manage suppliers and ensure project timelines and cost targets are met.
• Coordinate commissioning activities and organize operator training.
• Analyze scrap, quality, and downtime to implement optimization measures.
• Lead production transfer and localization projects.
• Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation and work instructions.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering.
• Several years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Business-fluent German and fluent English required.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Management and Six Sigma principles.
• Willingness to undertake occasional business travel (under 10%).

Nice to have

• Green Belt certification.
