What you will do

• Lead and monitor cross-functional development projects with internal and external partners.
• Drive process and product surface developments aligned with global raw material strategies.
• Develop innovative recipes and decoration methods to enable new product trends.
• Increase productivity of ongoing production processes through technical innovation.
• Ensure structured project reporting, resource tracking, and cost control.
• Advance digitalization activities in the field of materials and processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Ceramics, Materials Science, Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in R&D within the ceramics industry.
• Business fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong background in project management methodologies and statistical analysis.
• Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have

• Practical knowledge of Design of Experiments (DOE) or data mining.
• Basic knowledge of French.
