What you will do

• Define and execute the roadmap for AI capabilities supporting internal teams and external-facing products.
• Lead the full product lifecycle for ML platform initiatives, from data ingestion and model development to deployment and optimization.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and clinical stakeholders to transition AI concepts from experimentation to production.
• Create detailed product requirements and user stories that align cross-functional teams around shared business goals.
• Develop long-term product strategies to maximize value while mitigating technical and operational risks.
• Partner with stakeholders to communicate technical trade-offs and the business value of AI solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management within technology, SaaS, or technology-enabled services.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical application in real-world products.
• Expertise in the AI product lifecycle, including MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data platforms like Databricks.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear roadmaps and execution plans.
• Must be based in the United States
