What you will do

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting and networking to closing new customers.
• Conduct discovery calls with business owners to identify bookkeeping, accounting, payroll, and tax needs.
• Deliver consultative product demonstrations and position services as strategic solutions for growth.
• Collaborate with onboarding, bookkeeping, and customer success teams to ensure seamless client transitions.
• Contribute to the development of repeatable sales processes and share market insights with product teams.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales with a track record of exceeding quotas.
• Experience selling SaaS, fintech, financial services, payroll, or HR technology to SMBs.
• Strong discovery skills and a consultative approach to solving operational challenges.
• Disciplined pipeline management using HubSpot for forecasting and tracking.
• Must be able to work on-site Monday-Friday in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
