Accounting Specialist

What you will do

• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including data entry and invoice distribution.
• Perform collections by contacting customers with delinquent accounts and maintaining detailed records.
• Assist with General Ledger entries and the creation and maintenance of financial reports.
• Verify business transaction accuracy and suggest efficiency improvements for accounting workflows.
• Coordinate with field sales regarding accounting, expenses, and general office needs.
• Maintain up-to-date financial documentation and prepare receivable statements.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of related experience in accounting or finance.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Atlanta, GA.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Strong mathematical and data entry skills.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience with Dynamics 365.
