What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design for complex enterprise cybersecurity workflows from discovery and concepting through implementation.
• Leverage AI-powered tools like Claude and Cursor alongside Figma to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and delivery speed.
• Design intuitive experiences for data-dense, technical, and configuration-heavy environments, balancing usability and scalability.
• Translate design concepts into working prototypes and implementation-ready front-end code in partnership with engineering.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and AI teams to define problems and align requirements.
• Evolve global design systems, UX standards, and AI-native design practices to maintain high quality and accessibility.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX/Product Design experience, with at least 5 years designing for enterprise or B2B products.
• Demonstrated AI-native mindset with active, daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor) in design and build workflows.
• Strong product design portfolio showing shipped, world-class UX for complex enterprise products.
• Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with experience scaling global design systems.
• Deep understanding of front-end constraints (HTML, CSS, JS frameworks) and fluency in reading code.
• Ability to work hybrid 3 days a week from the San Jose, California HQ.

Nice to have

• Experience designing analytical or data-dense interfaces such as dashboards and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with IT, Cloud Security, or adjacent technical domains.
• Proven ability to use AI tools to generate code or automate design-to-code workflows.
