What you will do

• Own reconciliation execution and exceptions research across customer cash and money movement.
• Monitor transactions to detect discrepancies and anomalies, driving issues to resolution.
• Partner with Engineering to trace recurring breaks to their source and resolve underlying system gaps.
• Use AI to automate manual, repetitive workflows and reduce operational effort.
• Strengthen documentation to ensure processes are durable and repeatable.
• Contribute to the accuracy and timeliness of financial close and reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related analytical field.
• 3-4 years of experience in operations, analysis, or a similar role.
• Experience in payments, banking, fintech, or financial services operations.
• Familiarity with reconciliation, cash management, ACH/NACHA rules, or card networks.
• Demonstrated use of AI to automate real, manual workflows with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in spreadsheets and SQL.
