Salary: $112,710 - $169,060

What you will do

• Lead Daily Scrum and facilitate agile ceremonies to ensure team alignment.
• Create, maintain, and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business value.
• Act as the key decision-maker for product features and release content.
• Collaborate with Lead Engineers to decompose epics into actionable user stories.
• Represent the customer and engage with stakeholders across the organization.
• Manage defect prioritization and ensure sprint objectives are achieved.

Requirements

• Must be based in Dallas, TX.
• 3+ years of direct Scrum Master or Product Ownership experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong decision-making, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship).

Nice to have

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• Experience with Confluence and Power BI.
