Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Substantial experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams, including performance evaluations.
• Background building and operating production services with high availability and performance targets.
• Expertise managing on-call rotations and incident response.
• Technical proficiency to evaluate complex design tradeoffs, with experience in Go.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate asynchronously in a remote-first environment.
