What you will do

• Review and approve pending client requests to ensure proper documentation and policy adherence.
• Perform quality reviews of team members' work to maintain high data accuracy.
• Coordinate and process team-specific tasks across multiple systems and platforms.
• Interface with internal teams to resolve issues and provide policy guidance.
• Apply business judgment to identify and escalate unusual or suspicious activities.
• Provide support for special projects as requested by the business.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Cohoes, NY.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage time effectively under pressure.
• Understanding of quality, information security, and compliance policies.

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
