What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of Security and IT technical program managers, including hiring and career development.
• Own the Cyber Security and IT program management portfolio, overseeing scoping and prioritization.
• Set the operating rhythm for intake, resourcing, and reporting against risk reduction targets.
• Partner with leadership to translate high-level strategy into a prioritized program roadmap.
• Represent portfolio status and resolve enterprise-wide risks and blockers to executive stakeholders.
• Standardize team playbooks and measurement systems to ensure consistent delivery quality.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years in program management at a technology company.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing people.
• Proven track record of running Cyber Security or IT programs.
• Strong technical aptitude in system design, reliability, and scalability.
• Familiarity with information security frameworks such as NIST, PCI-DSS, or HITRUST.
• Exceptional communication skills for interpreting technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
