TL;DR
Business Analyst (Fintech): Translating business needs into scalable system functionalities for a financial project in the accounts and payments domain with an accent on requirement decomposition and stakeholder alignment. Focus on creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and bridging the gap between business objectives and technical implementation.
Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa (2-3 days per week from the office)
Salary: 800-1000 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do
- Analyze and document functional and non-functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear development tasks, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize requirements.
- Support development teams through the delivery lifecycle, including sprint planning and reviews.
- Ensure proposed solutions align with business goals and technical possibilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in financial services, specifically in the accounts and payments area.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong ability to decompose complex business problems into practical technical solutions.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and driving alignment on requirements.
- Hands-on experience with user story creation and defining acceptance criteria.
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa.
Nice to have
- Experience managing competing stakeholder priorities under regulatory timelines.
- Ability to negotiate scope and timeline trade-offs between business and technical constraints.
