What you will do

• Act as a strategic Compensation advisor for client groups on org design, job architecture, and pay-for-performance.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of the Q1 Annual Compensation Cycle, including cost modeling and budget deployment.
• Manage executive compensation benchmarking and offer design for VP+ roles, including LTI modeling and total direct compensation analysis.
• Partner with Finance to build annual merit, equity, and promotion budget forecasts and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with Legal and leadership to prepare materials for the Compensation Committee and Board.
• Design and deploy automated compensation dashboards and workflows in collaboration with tooling specialists.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, blending broad-based partnering with executive compensation exposure.
• Deep fluency in equity mechanics, market pricing methodologies, and budget forecasting.
• Proven track record of influencing senior leaders and C-suite executives on complex compensation matters.
• Proficiency with enterprise HCMs (e.g., Workday) and compensation planning software.
• Strong financial modeling skills with meticulous attention to data integrity.
• Must be based in the United States.
