What you will do

• Manage document control and CM processes for the proper handling, storage, and release of technical data.
• Review Change Notices for accuracy and compliance and support Change Review Board meetings.
• Execute release and change processes for configuration items, verifying PLM system effectivity.
• Conduct audits to ensure released documents comply with the Configuration Management Plan.
• Coordinate cut-in points and retrofit requirements across engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing.
• Generate and maintain status reports on configuration items and document releases for management.

Requirements

• Experience with document control processes, technical data management, and configuration release workflows.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, process diagrams, and Interface Control Documents (ICDs).
• Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems and workflow-driven methodologies.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with vendors, leadership, and internal teams.
• Must be based in San Jose, CA or authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Experience with Teamcenter PLM or similar systems.
• Proficiency with JIRA or other agile planning tools.
• Experience in aerospace or other highly regulated industries.
