What you will do

• Develop detailed solution designs including all necessary hardware, software, and services components.
• Collaborate with sales teams and partners to analyze customer requirements, including security, budget, and implementation timelines.
• Evaluate solution options and present technical designs to partners and end-clients.
• Serve as a technical leader and resource for the Solution Design & Services (SD&S) organization.
• Mentor junior Technical Solutions Engineers and Specialists to advance team maturity.
• Represent the company at industry events and lead vendor initiatives to drive results.

Requirements

• Must have IBM Power experience (certifications are a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of technical experience in designing and implementing complex solutions.
• Minimum 3 years of specific functional experience in the domain.
• Four-year college degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
