Cybersecurity Senior Analyst (AI)

Location: Centennial, Colorado; hybrid work requires living within 30 miles of the Lincoln, Nebraska office location and working in the office three days per week.

Salary: $85,000–$130,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead information security risk management initiatives across technology, security, audit, compliance, operations, and corporate security functions.
• Coordinate risk assessments, audit responses, examinations, RFP reviews, and remediation activities with business and technical stakeholders.
• Monitor and validate adherence to information security controls, regulatory standards, contracts, and best practices.
• Support SOC Type 1 and Type 2 engagements, including systems, applications, and underlying infrastructure within examination scope.
• Help mature and execute the PCI DSS compliance and testing program.
• Produce actionable reports, develop tactical plans, establish measurable goals, and mentor associates on security awareness and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Four to six years of experience in risk management or a closely related field.
• Proficiency with NIST SP 800-53 Revision 5 and NIST Risk Management Framework.
• Experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance tools such as ServiceNow, Archer, SAP, or LogicGate.
• Strong research, problem-solving, communication, negotiation, presentation, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Must already be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Risk management, CISA, CISSP, CISM, GSEC, or other information security certification.
• Working knowledge of artificial intelligence toolsets and cybersecurity risk management use cases.
