Focus on regulatory impact assessments, control mapping, executive-ready analysis, and supporting cross-functional decision-making within a Second Line of Defense advisory model.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

  • Analyze federal and state laws, regulations, contracts, data-processing agreements, and security addenda to identify privacy, security, AI governance, and operational resilience obligations.
  • Translate requirements into structured, enforceable, and testable obligations aligned with enterprise frameworks such as NIST, CMS, NCQA, and related healthcare security frameworks.
  • Maintain requirement inventories, mappings, traceability artifacts, regulatory tracking mechanisms, and GRC inputs linking controls, owners, and evidence.
  • Perform regulatory impact assessments and support change management across business and technology environments.
  • Provide risk-informed recommendations, regulatory updates, mitigation insights, briefings, dashboards, and summaries to Enterprise Engagement Officers and stakeholders.
  • Develop playbooks, templates, standard operating procedures, and analytical improvements to increase consistency and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in information security, information technology, cybersecurity, public policy, legal or paralegal studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in privacy, security, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience analyzing regulatory, legislative, or contractual requirements.
  • At least 3 years of experience in healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, Marketplace, government programs, or similarly regulated industries.
  • Experience producing executive-ready communications, influencing business and technical stakeholders without direct authority, and supporting risk-informed decisions in a Second Line of Defense advisory model.
  • Experience with healthcare regulatory and security/privacy control frameworks is preferred.

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or Juris Doctor degree.
  • CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CIPP, CIPM, AIGP, or similar certification.
