Delivery Tooling and Platform Solutions, Lead (Planview)

Location: Toronto, Canada; flexible hybrid work model. Eligibility to work full-time in Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 120,000–140,000 annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of the Planview Portfolios platform, including configuration, optimization, upgrades, rollouts, support, access management, and performance improvement.
• Enable reliable delivery data for planning, execution, performance tracking, reporting, financial management, resource planning, and portfolio investment decisions.
• Design dashboards and reporting solutions for stakeholders, including C-suite audiences, using Planview, Power BI, Excel, Tableau, and SQL.
• Partner with analytics, data, platform, delivery, product, governance, and business teams to improve integrations, automation, data visualization, and AI-enabled reporting.
• Translate business requirements into Planview solutions, support governance, and drive adoption through training, documentation, change management, and continuous improvement.
• Present insights and recommendations while connecting delivery data and technical capabilities to organizational objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Planview Portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Microsoft Access, plus experience with Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, relational databases, and reporting architectures.
• Experience with PMO/EPMO environments, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, vendor or SOW management, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, mentoring, storytelling, conflict resolution, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Must be eligible to work full-time in Canada. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, iterative, and waterfall delivery methodologies is required.

• Experience with Jira tools.
• Planview Portfolios Administrator Certification.
