What you will do

• Build automated oversight and documentation workflows using modern AI tools like Claude and LLMs.
• Establish model and data governance frameworks aligned with SR 11-7, SR 26-2, and OCC 2011-12 standards.
• Design real-time dashboards to monitor model health, input data quality, and performance degradation.
• Oversee transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, and customer risk scoring models.
• Partner with BSA/AML policy teams to ensure all automated outputs and model decisions are exam-ready and defensible.
• Validate AI-driven case resolution models to ensure explainability and auditability for regulators.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in compliance technology at regulated financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience building with modern AI tools and LLM-based agents in production.
• Deep understanding of AML model validations aligned with SR 11-7 and OCC 2011-12.
• Experience with virtual currencies and hirify.globalchain analytics tools like Chainalysis or TRM Labs.
• Proven track record of responding to regulatory examinations and working with independent monitors.
• Expertise in data analytics, visualization, and statistical concepts related to machine learning.
