What you will do

• Automate repetitive CX operational workflows (CES reporting, QA transcript analysis, knowledge article maintenance, SOP-driven case workflows) and deploy automations across Slack and Salesforce.
• Detect stalled handoffs, aged cases, SLA breach risks, and duplicate cases by reviewing DevRev/Cresta transcripts to ensure bots behave as expected.
• Deliver automated weekly/monthly business intelligence (site health, volume, SLA, CES) and identify escalation patterns and repeat contacts.
• Design and implement memory architecture so bots use staffing, feedback, transcripts, and agent work to understand what happened and what’s next.
• Connect and deploy orchestration layers (MCP, custom connectors) to automate CX workflows and productize internal tools.
• Measure operational reliability and system accuracy, including escalation patterns that surface to humans when needed, and partner on trustworthy structured data layers.

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Experience building AI systems for operational automation and workflow orchestration.
• Experience integrating AI workflows with CX/support tooling and data sources.
• Ability to design systems that produce reliable outputs aligned with business metrics.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce integrations or CX/support tooling (DevRev, Cresta, knowledge management systems).
• Data modeling or analytics background (dbt, Redshift, Trino).
• Experience building tools for non-technical end users.
