What you will do

• Develop agent orchestration workflows for paid media, lifecycle messaging, and conversion optimization.
• Build integrations between the AI reasoning layer, growth execution platforms, and data infrastructure.
• Create shared agent infrastructure components, including reusable workflow patterns and prompt libraries.
• Implement monitoring and audit logging to ensure agent actions are traceable and versioned.
• Automate creative and content generation pipelines from brief to distribution.
• Ship production-ready workflows rapidly based on technical specifications.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building automation workflows, integrations, or agentic systems.
• Strong proficiency with API integrations, including REST, webhooks, and authentication patterns.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and agent chaining.
• Ability to execute complex technical specs independently without constant supervision.
• Must be based in the United States to be eligible for the provided benefits package.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM, marketing automation, or paid media platforms.
• Familiarity with data warehouse query patterns and event tracking infrastructure.
