Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź (at least 2 days per week from the office)

Salary: 1000 - 1200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure delivery of high-quality IT solutions.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into user stories and features for agile delivery teams.
• Design and contribute to advanced data and analytics solutions within the Data Platform.
• Manage delivery dependencies across multiple teams and organizational units.
• Ensure data quality, data hygiene, and integrity across data products.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
• Experience working with complex, end-to-end business requirements.
• Proficiency in SQL and Hive.
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipelines, and big data ecosystems.
• Must be based in Poland to support hybrid work in Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź.

Nice to have

• Banking domain knowledge.
• Experience with Apache Spark and Python.
