What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product vision, encompassing functionality, technology, and overall architecture.
• Define the strategic roadmap and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value across multiple countries.
• Manage global deliverables through QBR cycles, balancing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Steer and coach squads of Customer Journey Experts, overseeing their professional development and delivery.
• Act as the IT asset owner, risk manager, and data owner for the product.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders in COO, Tech, Retail, Risk, and local Fraud teams.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in fraud, data management, payments, or digital process design.
• Excellent command of English.
• Proven ability to navigate complex regulatory, privacy, and technical organizational environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to translate domain challenges into concrete strategies.
• Experience in hierarchical people management and fostering professional craftsmanship.
• Strong affinity for IT and a mindset geared toward global scalability.
