What you will do

• Build parametric validation plans from electrical specifications.
• Write software to configure devices under test for required test cases.
• Create hardware automation sequences for measurements across process, voltage, temperature, and device configurations.
• Analyze parametric data, report pass/fail results and margins, and generate summary reports.
• Debug IP-related, silicon, hardware setup, and signal integrity issues with cross-functional teams.
• Research measurement instrumentation, define hardware requirements, and participate in schematic and layout reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 12 years of industry experience.
• Experience with high-speed and RF laboratory equipment, including oscilloscopes, BER testers, vector network analyzers, and phase noise analyzers.
• Experience with C programming and data analysis using Excel, JMP, and/or PowerBI.
• Ability to debug hardware setups, read schematics, and understand interactions between silicon, boards, and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• TestStand and Python experience.
• Familiarity with SerDes validation, Ethernet IEEE 802.3, and PCIe protocols.
• Experience with AI prompting for software generation.
