What you will do

• Build parametric validation plans derived from electrical specifications.
• Write software to configure the device under test (DUT) for required test cases.
• Create hardware automation sequences to perform parametric measurements over process, voltage, and temperature.
• Analyze parametric data to report pass/fail/margins and generate comprehensive summary reports.
• Interface with Design, Product, and Test Engineering teams to debug IP-related issues.
• Generate hardware design requirements and participate in schematic and layout reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 12 years of industry experience.
• Experience with high-speed/RF lab equipment including oscilloscopes, BER testers, VNAs, and phase noise analyzers.
• Proficiency in C programming.
• Ability to debug hardware setups and read schematics.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Austin, TX office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python and TestStand.
• Familiarity with SerDes validation and Ethernet IEEE 802.3 and PCIe protocols.
• Data analysis skills using Excel, JMP, and/or PowerBI.
• Experience with AI prompting for software generation.
