What you will do
- Lead the branch sales force across service, repair, and modernization to drive revenue, profit margin, and sales growth.
- Set sales goals, review performance, and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development for sales representatives.
- Build relationships with key customers, consultants, and architects while supporting customer retention and satisfaction.
- Develop bidding strategies, oversee bid approvals, and coordinate strategic leads and labor estimating with operations teams.
- Monitor CRM activity, sales forecasts, backlog, outstanding bids, cancellations, P&L, and other financial reports.
- Partner with the Branch Manager and other leaders on budgets, strategic initiatives, and major account receivables resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 7+ years of directly related sales experience in the elevator industry.
- Proven success in B2B field sales, including selling services in a highly competitive market.
- Experience guiding direct reports through contract proposals and business correspondence.
- Ability to analyze data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions, and improve profitability.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and manage abstract and concrete variables.
