Salary: $127,500 – $178,000 (based on geographic region)

What you will do

• Maintain and improve the LeanIX application and capability inventory to ensure data accuracy.
• Partner with business owners to confirm application ownership, lifecycle status, and portfolio attributes.
• Build and maintain standard reports to provide visibility into the application landscape.
• Utilize EA tooling and AI assistants to streamline data collection, validation, and documentation.
• Support intake and governance processes by preparing documentation for decision-making.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a business systems, data, or enterprise architecture analyst.
• Familiarity with application portfolio management tools like LeanIX and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to data management.
• Ability to engage directly with business and IT partners to clarify application ownership and usage.
• Demonstrated AI fluency, including regular use of LLM assistants and AI app-building tools.
• Must be based in the United States (excluding specific states listed in the location section).
