Salary: $129,557 - $175,283 CAD / year

What you will do

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture strategy, establishing architectural principles, standards, and roadmaps.
• Partner with business and IT leaders to translate strategic priorities into target-state architectures.
• Establish and enforce architecture governance processes, reviewing and approving solution designs.
• Develop multi-year technology roadmaps to balance innovation, scalability, cost efficiency, and risk management.
• Define enterprise data and integration strategies to provide a strong foundation for analytics and AI.
• Lead technology due diligence for acquisitions and evaluate emerging tools and platforms.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing business technology solutions (ERP, HRIS, CRM, M365, Salesforce, or NetSuite).
• Proven track record of delivering business technology roadmaps and managing end-to-end solution delivery.
• Deep understanding of cloud-based platforms, IT service delivery, governance, and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be located in Canada.
