What you will do

• Build parametric validation plans based on electrical specifications.
• Develop software to configure devices under test (DUT) for required test cases.
• Create hardware automation sequences for parametric measurements across process, voltage, and temperature variations.
• Analyze parametric data to report pass/fail margins and generate comprehensive summary reports.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Test Engineering teams to debug IP-related issues.
• Define hardware requirements and participate in schematic and layout reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Minimum of 12 years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in C programming.
• Experience with high-speed/RF lab equipment including oscilloscopes, BER testers, and vector network analyzers.
• Strong skills in hardware setup debugging and schematic reading.
• Data analysis proficiency using Excel, JMP, or PowerBI.

Nice to have

• Experience with TestStand and Python.
• Familiarity with SerDes validation and Ethernet IEEE 802.3 protocols.
• Experience with AI prompting for software generation.
