What you will do

• Develop and lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the reliability of warehouse and production equipment.
• Manage preventative and reactive repairs, including handling high-severity downtime events.
• Audit team work quality and documentation to identify and implement process improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement projects targeting key performance indicators like injury rates, uptime, and system capacity.
• Use data-driven insights to measure and improve team performance.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and cross-functional operations teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience running a maintenance or operations team in a warehouse or factory environment.
• Experience working with material handling equipment such as conveyors and powered industrial trucks.
• Ability to use information systems and data to track and improve key performance indicators.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to travel as needed.

Nice to have

• Master's degree.
• Experience maintaining electromechanical material handling systems or industrial control systems.
• Experience with electrical systems.
• Proficiency using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
