What you will do

• Design innovative ML architectures to improve threat detection and response.
• Develop machine learning models for behavioral anomaly detection and threat actor profiling.
• Build evaluation frameworks and benchmarking pipelines to assess model accuracy and latency.
• Implement guardrails to minimize false-positive rates and test model robustness against adversarial attacks.
• Mentor senior engineers and collaborate with product management to align research with roadmaps.
• Share findings through technical blogs, white papers, and industry conference presentations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in modern AI/ML frameworks and integrating LLM APIs into production.
• Experience with vector search, RAG, deep learning, clustering, and graph algorithms.
• Hands-on experience with scikit-learn, xgboost, PyTorch, or Tensorflow.
• Proven track record of published research or major security conference presentations.
• Must be authorized to work in the US or Canada and reside in these regions.
