What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI systems encompassing data ingestion, model deployment, and UI.
• Define the AI roadmap and identify high-impact use cases with associated ROI assessments.
• Develop system architectures for data pipelines, model lifecycles, and orchestration.
• Select appropriate ML/DL models and frameworks while implementing CI/CD for ML pipelines.
• Enforce data privacy, ethical AI practices, and implement guardrails for LLMs and prompt safety.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and data scientists.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in a related technical field.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, or a quantitative discipline.
• Proficiency in Python and API design, with knowledge of Java or Node.js and microservices.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML algorithms, LLMs, RAG, and agent-based systems.
• Experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of distributed AI system design and data architecture (ETL, vector databases).
