Location: Arlington, VA (Onsite)

Compensation: $100,000–$150,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients to increase usage and engagement.
• Establish long-term relationships and identify opportunities for account growth and up-selling.
• Proactively monitor account health and develop strategic engagement plans.
• Provide comprehensive training and onboarding for new and existing client users.
• Collaborate with Relationship Partners to define account-specific strategies.
• Travel within the assigned territory to support client needs.

Requirements

• 7+ years of successful sales or account management experience in a comparable business environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accounts effectively.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of assigned markets such as law firms, tax, accounting, or corporations.
• Prior experience in dedicated account management roles.
