Salary: $130,000 - $280,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and improve internal tools to streamline developer workflows and cloud operations.
• Decompose monolithic support tools into manageable, scalable services.
• Enhance the feature flag system to support rapid development.
• Build and integrate AI-powered tools to improve security and privacy.
• Contribute to open-source systems used across the organization.
• Improve license handling and infrastructure management.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in San Mateo, CA.
• BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Go.
• Experience with major cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work at the frontier of infrastructure and software development.

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform.
• Experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with service mesh technologies like Istio.
