What you will do

• Lead pre-production meetings with Control Room, production assistants, and Studio Operations teams.
• Brief and support instructors throughout the production cycle to ensure seamless class execution.
• Act as the lead editorial decision-maker for live and CTC classes.
• Manage direct reports by identifying growth opportunities and providing targeted coaching.
• Develop new content verticals, such as audio-only content, and integrate new production technologies.
• Collaborate with Production Assistants to ensure content adheres to brand standards and identify key moments for social media.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Media Management, Communications, Media Studies, Cinema Studies, Art Management, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in studio production or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro CC and Final Cut Pro for technical remediations and storytelling.
• Experience managing content integrity from live recording to final publishing.
• Ability to manage pre-production logistics and technical troubleshooting for live production.
• Knowledge of QC protocols to ensure flawless final product delivery.
