What you will do

• Partner with Talent Producers, Instructor Strategy, Control Room, and Studio Operations teams to execute live and recorded classes.
• Lead pre-production meetings and coordinate production assistants, instructors, and studio operations.
• Brief and support instructors before, during, and immediately after class production.
• Serve as the lead editorial decision-maker during live and CTC classes and contribute to editorial planning.
• Oversee content integrity, post-class feedback, technical remediations, quality control, and final publishing standards.
• Support direct reports through coaching and identify growth opportunities while contributing to new content verticals and production technologies.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Media Management, Communications, Media Studies, Cinema Studies, Art Management, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• At least one year of experience in the offered role or a related occupation.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro CC, Creative Cloud, Final Cut Pro, and audio and video editing.
• Experience managing editorial content integrity, post-class feedback, precise edits, content remediation, and QC protocols.
• Experience coordinating pre-production logistics, instructor preferences, modality-specific fitness standards, communication workflows, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience identifying social media moments and collaborating with instructors and marketing teams to create engaging digital content.
