What you will do

• Develop, shoot, and edit short-form video for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Create content for Creator Nation, portfolio companies, and executive social channels.
• Turn ideas from executives, Creators, portfolio companies, and the social content team into shot lists and finished videos.
• Capture content at events, shoots, and in the office while directing executives and Creators on camera.
• Deliver captioned, sized, edited, and platform-ready assets for publishing.
• Organize raw footage and finished assets for reuse across channels.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of end-to-end short-form social video production experience.
• Portfolio of Reels and TikToks personally filmed and edited.
• Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro, plus mobile-first shooting and lighting.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok hooks, pacing, formats, and trends.
• Comfort directing executives and Creators on camera.
• Ability to work quickly and deliver clean final assets across multiple brands and deadlines.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in entertainment, music, or creator-economy content.
