Salary: CAD 113,200 – 130,200 per year

What you will do

• Architect and develop complex end-to-end engineering systems.
• Build secure, scalable data integrations using cloud-native development and distributed systems.
• Optimize the platform's technology stack to improve stability, performance, and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance to the team and solve complicated technical projects.
• Manage production services in the cloud, including participation in on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada and have the ability to work without sponsorship.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Experience with large-scale, highly available, and low-latency systems.
• Proficiency with Java and Kubernetes.
• Experience running production services in the cloud.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Computer Science.
• Deep understanding of cloud best practices with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
