What you will do

• Own end-to-end oversight of divisional regulatory reporting for Matching Adjustment and non-Matching Adjustment funds.
• Produce Profit & Loss Attribution (PLA) reporting, governance materials, and strategic reporting recommendations.
• Analyze and recommend surplus available for extraction based on robust reporting.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the Divisional CFO, Group Chief Actuary, and Internal Audit.
• Set and monitor SLAs with production teams, data providers, and business partners.
• Drive improvements in reporting processes, controls, and governance across the end-to-end workflow.

Requirements

• Qualified Actuary (FIA/FFA) or equivalent professional expertise.
• Strong experience in life insurance, specifically with annuities or bulk annuity products.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS and Solvency II/Solvency UK reporting standards.
• Deep understanding of Matching Adjustment reporting and PLA processes.
• Strong communication and influencing skills for managing senior stakeholders in a matrix environment.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in London, UK.
