Salary: $95,000 - $201,000 annually

What you will do

• Create, integrate, and apply interdisciplinary digital models of products from concept throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop innovative solutions to complex problems for Missile Warning (MW), Tactical Intelligence (TISR), and Environmental Monitoring (EM) capabilities.
• Provide technical expertise and advanced consulting to ensure the acquisition and development of space sensing capabilities.
• Mentor and supervise team members to drive project success.
• Work independently to execute high-level technical tasks without considerable direction.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active U.S. Government Secret clearance are mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field.
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale missions and systems engineering and integration.
• 3+ years of experience performing systems engineering analysis for DoD or government systems.
• 3+ years of practical MBSE experience using digital tools such as Cameo, MagicDraw, SparxEA, DOORS, or IBM Rhapsody.
• Ability to maintain collaborative relationships with government clients and FFRDCs.

Nice to have

• TS/SCI clearance.
• Master's degree in Engineering.
• Knowledge of Systems Machine Learning (SysML) and DoD Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
• Experience with MATLAB, STK, ModelCenter, or TeamCenter.
• OCSMP or INCOSE SE Certification.
