Account Manager (HCM)

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Analyze client platform utilization to ensure maximum value from HCM features.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues regarding payroll, HR, and benefits.
• Educate clients on underutilized modules and recommend solutions aligned with business goals.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance the client experience.
• Document all interactions and resolutions within the CRM system.

Requirements

• Associate degree.
• 3+ years of experience supporting Payroll, HCM, HRIS, or SaaS environments.
• Eligibility to work in the US without visa or residency sponsorship.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
