Salary: $165,042 – $198,820 USD per year

What you will do
- Conduct yield and failure analysis to identify root causes and enhance product reliability.
- Apply advanced statistical methods, machine learning, and data mining to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
- Collaborate with design, product engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Lead technology transfer and new product qualifications for high-volume manufacturing.
- Develop tools, algorithms, and inspection mechanisms to address process deviations.
- Perform risk assessments and manage process changes to prevent quality excursions.
Requirements
- Must be based in or be able to work on-site in the US (New Mexico).
- Master's degree in Material Science, Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering, or a STEM field with 3+ years of experience.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in the same fields with 5+ years of experience.
- Expertise in advanced data analysis and statistical methods.
